It was brought to our attention that a short piece of the Lebanon Valley Rails to Trails will have to travel on a city street. After reviewing the proposed plan for this section on Chestnut Street in Lebanon and North Cornwall Twp., it would be an ideal situation for the Lebanon Valley Bicycle Coalition to submit a donation. Bike lanes and signage will be required to make this happen. What a wonderful gesture it would be for the coalition to contribute to something that is so near and dear to our hearts and beliefs. After polling the board with an email vote, is was an unanimous decision to go ahead with a contribution of $5,000. for this cause. LVRT will apply these monies to the Phase 6A for the markings and signage on Chestnut St
